Patient Arrival for Appointments
We ask that all clients with a new pet arrive early to register your pet. If your pets are transferring from another veterinary hospital or you have a new pet please bring or fax a copy of their health records to our clinic. We do our best to stay on time, however, emergencies do occur. We thank you for being patient.
You may download the New Patient Form here.
Appointments
We welcome walk-in emergencies. We recommend making an appointment of all non-emergency visits. This allows our doctors to stay on schedule and ensures that you and your pet are seen in a timely fashion. Please educate the receptionist of ALL your pet’s health concerns, more health problems means more time to allot for your appointment. The extended appointment time allows our doctors to perform any diagnostics necessary, discuss treatment options, and answer all your questions. If you are unable to make your appointment time, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please feel free to create/log on to your pet’s patient portal here.
You can see your pet’s vaccination records and make changes to your preferences on how you want reminders sent to you.
Drop Off Appointments
If your work schedule conflicts with our appointment schedule you are welcome to drop off your pet for the day. We ask that you complete a treatment consent form before your pet is admitted. Please bring your pet in when office opens to allow ample time for the doctor to examine and perform necessary diagnostics.
